How The Program Works
You control the setup in easy steps:
- Apply for a CNAP® Account
- The NNA CNAP® staff will quickly determine your service needs and assign you one of these program accounts:
- Managed by a central administrative person of your organization;
Your organization assigns someone to manage all ordering activity for your employee Notaries.
- Self-managed by your Notary employees after your management's approval.
After the account is set up, your employee Notaries may place their orders themselves on this Web site or by phone.
Manage Yourself as an Administrator:
- Set up your account
- Upload your Notary employees' information on NNA's secure website;
- Select the items for your "New Notary," "Renewing Notary," and "Supply Reorder" packages. We help you make sure you have all the state requirements and any optional items you desire. We even include state application fee checks!
We take it from there. Your Notaries receive comprehensive instructions, and our dedicated Support Team stands ready to provide live assistance. Your statement details every purchase. Since your packages were pre-approved, there are no surprises.
Empower Your Notary Employees:
- Set up your account
- Upload your Notary employees' information on NNA's secure website;

- Your Notary employees will access the NNA website with their authorized codes and place their orders from the pre-approved list of items.
